If you have attendees that cannot join the call using 40, provide them the new conference numbers.Make sure to note all of the attendees before canceling. You can cancel your Outlook meeting instance or series and resend with the new conference numbers.Your existing Conference ID and passcodes will continue to work (quickest option). You can "Reply All" to your attendees with the new conference numbers.Here are some tips to transfer to the new conference bridge numbers: Your existing scheduled meetings in Outlook will not update automatically with the new conference numbers. The existing 40 will continue to work but we ask that you begin using the new conference number as quickly as possible to alleviate any potential conference call capacity issues. (Please note: This update has no effect or impact on numbers in use for non-Skype conference calls.) You may need to restart Outlook for the change to take effect. Effective immediately, any new Skype meeting created in Microsoft Outlook will use the following conference numbers.
